San Diego Chiropractor, Living the Chiropractic Lifestyle Part 2

January 25th 2012 -

You know living the Chiropractic lifestyle includes your mental, chemical, and physical health. Your physical health does include exercising regularly at least three times a week. Cardiovascular and strength training should be done regularly to be physically healthy.

But it is also important to maintain a healthy functioning spine. That means to make sure you have a strong core. But having a strong core is only 25% of maintaining a healthy spine. Your spine is moveable which means that the spinal joints can go out of their normal alignment. If the spine goes out its normal alignment this will create tension or pressure on the nerves exiting the spine. This may or may not create pain in that area. What it will create is an imbalance between the right and left side of the spinal joints. Just like anything else if there is imbalance then that area will not function very well and will eventually breakdown. Guess what it doesn’t matter what exercise or strengthening technique that you do the spine will not go back to its normal alignment. The only way to restore normal function is to adjust the spine back into normal alignment. The only profession that does this is Chiropractic.

I am a San Diego Chiropractor if you are not under regular Chiropractic care then you do not live the Chiropractic lifestyle. How do you know if you are living to your fullest potential? Give our office a call and give us the opportunity to help you live a better quality of life.
