Golf Fitness to Drive Much Further

I am constantly looking for ways to better my golf game. I am tired of the guys that I play with beating me all of the time. I thought that there had to be a way to get a longer drive but I was not sure what steps to take to do it. I went online and found this site that was very helpful to me. They have a golf fitness routine that I can easily do each and every day that will help develop the muscles that I need to swing better for a longer drive. I have started doing the exercises every day and feel pretty good about the progress that I am making. I have gone to the range and have been hitting balls each afternoon and have seen an increase in my distance already. I think that if I continue to work out regularly, that I will be able to beat those guys soon.
