Cost Effective & Creative Ways to Use a Blog
January 26th 2012 -
If you are a HOA board member of a housing or condo community, then you might want to try creating a blog so you can keep your community updated on the latest community news and events. A blog is a lot more affordable then a website, and it is also a lot easier to manage. Since most HOA communities operate with very limited funds, a blog would most likely fit right into their budget. One of the biggest complaints among HOA residents is that they don’t receive enough communication from their board of directors. While some communities try to send out monthly newsletters, some communities however simply cannot afford it. In these situations, it would be a good idea to make a blog because it is basically free. Some of the information that can be posted include time and dates of upcoming board meetings, updates on repairs and renovation projects, job and educational information, and also updates on new community residents.
